1. Identity, Values, and Strategy (1 day)

2. Market Position and Impact (1 day)

   • Strengthen your market position and enhance your business impact.
   • Gain insights into competitive analysis and market trends.

3. Sustainable Business Practices & Business Modelling (1 day)

   • Create a solid business model with interconnected business domains.
   • Translate this into actionable activities.

4. Entrepreneurial Skills (2 days)

   • Focus on policy, governance, consulting, management, leadership, and financial management skills.

5. Coaching & Support (6 months)

   • Receive practical tools to improve operations and decision-making.
   • Work on case studies relevant to your sector.
   • Ongoing coaching and guidance for personal and entrepreneurial challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18-60 years old.
• Some prior business experience or knowledge.
• Own a registered and licensed business that has been operational for at least 6 months.
• Business type: Sole proprietorship, partnership, or private limited company.
